ARWC Costa Rica
Well the dot watching is over and our British teams are on their way back from a very successful racing campaign at the epic World Champs in Costa Rica. (If you see any of them, now is the best time to challenge them to a race - or point them to the nearest care home). But there is no such thing as an off season in AR and we have plenty of racing to look forward to in the new year, including the next lot of Open 5s, a 2 day event over in Eskdale and of course the ITERA expedition race. Haglöfs Open5 Series
The last Haglöfs Open5 in The Forest of Dean was a real treat and as exciting and competitive as ever. Who would have thought that 1st and 2nd in the male solos would be split by 1 second... over 5 hours! All racers, both novice and old hand, came back with huge smiles, telling of gorgeous views across the colourful autumnal forest and exhilarating singletrack mountain biking.

Two Day Open Event
The 2 day events that went so well in 2013 are back in 2014. This time we are putting on one bumper 2 day staged race. Although exact locations are still being buttoned down, the plan is to race in the Eskdale valley. This will be a very special weekend. It is worth checking out the video from our last 2 day in the lakes. Expect the same... but bigger views!

ITERA Expedition Race
At end of play on Thursday (19th) the price goes up for the ITERA Expedition Race - if you have not seen our little promo go over to www.itera.co.uk. The event will be five days of spectacular adventure from the top to the bottom of Wales. It will be challenging for the top competitors, but also so achievable by many other teams. Check out Heather Sinclair's take on entering our previous expedition races and if you are not sure you can do it you'll see just how achievable it can be.
