News on next years expedition event will be announced at the Coast to Coast Adventure race this weekend - will post more details in September or find a racer from this event and bend their ear.

Haglöfs Open5 Series
Entries are tumbling in for the Haglöfs Open5 series - no excuse should be one around the corner (OK maybe not East Anglia) have a look at the website and pop an entry in. 5 hours of Mountain Biking and running for solos and pairs.

Richard Whitehead
Richard Whitehead, Olympic medallist and 100m / marathon record holder is running from John O Groats to Lands End - the difference is, he has no legs. I had the fortune of helping out on the first week of the challenge and serial Adventure Racer Sally Ozanne was on chaperone duties on a bike.
