Sun, Sea and Mountains
The 2008 Open24 has been and gone and wow what an experience of Wales it was. For those who made the journey to this amazing part of the world they certainly left knowing that there are still wild parts of this country to explore.
If you are left with any doubt then check out some of the features below. The photos tell an amazing story and the video short displays an energy that so many competitors put in to the 24 hours.

Endurance Series
The endurance series proved to be yet another close event with the male and female standings swapping over on the last event, what a close competition. Well done to all - see you in 09.

Cyclewise

OK so in adventure racing there are a few home truths, one of them is that many racers whilst fit are not technically the most apt on a mountain bike. Top trailquester and Adventure Racer Neil Atkinson with Cyclewise have approached us to see if there is any mileage in putting on a course for adventure racers.
Open Adventure not being shy at putting technical MTBing in to events thought it might be a good idea, with places going already this might be a worth weekend in the lakes - not only so you go faster but more importantly enjoy your riding.
