Kendal Mountain Festival
The Kendal Mountain Festival is a great weekend in the calendar - if you have not been before pencil it now in your calendar for 2014. It was a great weekend which kicked off for us with The North Face Endurance Night in the town hall. Which included yours truly on my run with Type one diabetes across the country.. you can watch the video here.
The 10km trail run on the Saturday morning kicked off in style with a town centre start / finish it was a perfect location for a great 10km - read all about it here on Outside Times.
