Haglöfs Open5 Series
The last event of the Series is nearly upon us, we are back in one of the most popular locations from last year - Church Stretton, Shropshire. This is guaranteed to be a great day out. Great prizes from Haglöfs and a prize draw for a £280 gram jacket (only if you are at the prize giving!).
Online entries close 2nd May but you will be able to enter on the day for an extra £7
GOLDEN TICKET - wonka didn't run Adventure Races but if he did then he would be giving out Golden Tickets. These are going out to competitors who have done 10 or more Open5's. Next time they enter with a partner who has not done an Open5 that partner gets a free entry.

C2C Adventure Race
Just a quick note to say the price goes up on May 1st - competition is looking good and as ever it promises to be a top weekend out crossing the country. Open Adventure with our water safety advisor have a UKCC 2 star training course running on weekend 22nd June over on Coniston. It is also open to people not doing the C2C event.

Two Day Open Events
We have at last finalised the location for the 2 day event in Wales :: 6/7th July 2013 - more details on the website here. As such we held off putting the price up on this event until the end of the month.
The Lakes :: 1/2nd June 2013 event is looking popular with some tight competition in the team category - wouldn't like to place any bets as to who will be on the top spot. Mountain Hardwear just beat off adidas last year, and Haglöfs have a top team with mountain marathon racers Chris Near and Tim Higginbottom. Not to be sniffed at are Team Endurance Life and For Goodness Shakes - both have team members who have done pretty well in events over the winter.
The team category is not the only place for competition, solos and pairs are providing their own entertainment - a great weekend is in store. Just to top it off Wilf's will be there to keep you fed.

Kit Hire
Over the years we have been adhocly hiring out much of the kit we use on events and helping other organisers with mapping, websites and branding. If you put on events and need some help take a look at this page and give us a shout.

Its busy in the Adventure sports world here in the UK, Tri-Adventure have their new 12 hour Night and Day event at the end of September www.triadventure.co.uk/night-day/.
