What a difference a month makes...
The sun certainly shone for the fourth Open5 in the Mountain Hardwear Open5 series in Bakewell.
In marked contrast to the low scores from the previous event in gales and rain, 4 finishers managed to clear the course and attain a maximum score of 600 points! Generally a high scoring event there were lots of smiles at the finish and lots of banter about what could have been for early finishers...
The final event in the series is this Sunday at Grizedale in the Lake District - Anthony Cooper has found the best of what this area has to offer in a stunning part of the country.
