New to Open5, well check it out?
These events are made up of 5 hours of biking and running. Within that time you have to collect as many controls as you can. You can enter the race as a solo or in pairs - You will be provided with maps and you will need to be able to navigate as you choose your route to as many controls as you can in the time allowed. So it requires a combination of skills both on the bike, on foot and looking at the map. They are an ideal event to start you off in the world of Adventure Racing, so if you have high aspirations for adventures then these may be right up your street.
