Hotting up literally with dare we say a blue sky event in Sedbergh. Local David Hetherington pulled out the stops with an excellent event - unsure just ask anyone who came along.

The scores are getting tight at the top of the series with still all to play for in many of the categories and £500 vouchers for highest scoring female and male competitors. Expect a true finale in Ruthin, North Wales at the beginning of April. Series table here

Tim and John have been putting the miles in planning the next event, with lets say more of a technical twinge to the run for those who elect to go off the path and get some the more distant checkpoints.

Bit of a last minute glitch with our venue (like they forgot we were coming) has meant we have had to move registration. This is now at Ruthin Rugby Club.. more details online.

Well we can't cook this up anymore - if you are serious about Adventure Racing in the UK then you really need to check out these premium events - just ask around we don't think you will hear a bad word about them..

The 5+ promises to be an adventure extravaganza that will have you smiling from ear to ear. The Open12 will show off the Dales in a way that will make you wonder how you ever missed this amazing national park. And the Open24 does what it does best in giving you a tour of North Wales that you thought was not possible in 24 hours..

Boats.. we have got in to the boat business and now the proud owners of a fleet of Necky Amuruk tandem sea kayaks. We are planning to long term rent these out over spring / early summer and autumn / winter each year - with them being available for use at the Open24 and the adidas TERREX events. They will be available to rent later in April.. wing us an email if you are interested in having one to train in.

We have been helping these guys out as they step in to the world of organising Adventure Races - the format is bit off the norm and we like it. Last event of their inaugural series is on 18th April if you fancy a quick blast before lunch and you live south of Brum... check them out.

Are you organising an event? We have a stack of kit we hire to other organisers - radios, start gantries, marquees, race clocks and we know our onions when it comes to putting an event on in rural britain.
