Adventure Seekers
If you have been out in the sun lately, cooking your head in the last week or two, take a break and have a nosey at the latest Open Adventure newsletter, more on the Open24.
July 29/30th ::
With 3 weeks to go till this years Open24, things are starting to get a little busy at Open Adventure Towers - it promises to be another feast of adventure. I'm pretty confident this year will be better last year, and those in the know around us all agree, the competitors who took part last year just didn't think it was possible. If you are still umming and arhing - best get your entry in, entries close this weekend. A few people have contacted us to see if we know of anyone they can race with - we are encouraging people to pop a message up on Sleepmonsters to find that partner for the event
We are planning to be away this weekend at the Rat Race, so better safe than sorry we have elected to post the final instructions and whose competing on Friday 14th July instead of over the weekend.

As mentioned above we plan to release the location on Friday this week - just a thought to lodge in your mind if you are not racing, why not come along and cheer competitors on at the start or give them that extra boost as they finish. Its a pretty special place, family friendly and with plenty of tea shops nearby (what more could anyone want ... other than a little bit of sun)
Time to go...
Find that running kit, that old bike, paddle that lake - whatever it is we hope you get outside and checkout the great views we have in the North of England.
No worries
